Android Tablet Durability Specs
I'm having a difficult time finding answers for the following questions
regarding Android Tablets (commodity grade):
What is the temperature range specifications?
What is the life expectancy?
After how much time (months, years) does the OS need to be reset?
I'm aware that the answers of the above questions will depend on the
specific make/model of the tablet, but since I'm having difficulty finding
answers, I'm hoping to hear from your personal experience with whatever
tablet(s) you have worked with.
FYI - I'm doing R&D for a project where I'm trying to determine if a
commodity tablet (as opposed to industrial rugged tablets which are
significantly more costly) is a viable solution as an onboard HMI device.
